Innocence Freed Educational Speaker Series with Alisha Owen, Nebraska native, Epstein Justice Associate Director & Events Coordinator, whistleblower, survivor, and advocate, courageously shares her story of exploitation, abuse, and the fight for truth.

She is a survivor connected to the Franklin scandal out of Omaha involving Larry King and the Franklin Credit Union, and has spent decades speaking publicly about her experiences and the systemic failures surrounding them. Through her voice, Alisha brings awareness to trafficking networks, the realities survivors face, and the lasting impact of complex trauma. Her story challenges us to listen, to learn, and to respond with truth and compassion. This powerful evening is part of Innocence Freed’s TRUTH UNCOVERED series, created to educate communities, bring truth into the light, and advocate for those whose voices have too often been dismissed or silenced.
