Innocence Freed

Broken girl belittled and used,
Beaten and bruised,
Innocence stolen and betrayed,
Abandoned and neglected,
Outlast and rejected.

Empty house, broken promises and dreams,
Faith shaken, hope lost.

Virtue and purity robbed.

So much I have gone through,
But God is healing me from the inside out.

Redeeming me.

Conquering trauma,
Recovering from addictions,
Breaking generational cycles,

Healing my inner child.

Changing my life so my kids won’t have to recover from the same trauma.

Innocence Freed

Releasing all negativity of the trauma I once knew, becoming transformed like a phoenix rising up from the ashes.

Bold and beautiful.
Fierce and courageous.
