Positions that will open in the near future:

• Therapists: Provide trauma-informed counseling, equine therapy and therapy to survivors.

• Case Managers: Offer comprehensive case management services, helping survivors navigate their journey to recovery.

• Support Staff: Assist with daily operations, administrative tasks, and direct care services.

• Outreach Coordinators: Develop and implement outreach programs to raise awareness and support in the community.

• Program Managers: Oversee and manage our various programs to ensure effective delivery of services.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Experience: Experience required in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, at least Bachelors Degree.

• Commitment: A passion for supporting survivors and a commitment to our mission.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively, respectfully and professionally with other staff members and volunteers.  

• Compassion and Empathy: A deep understanding of the challenges faced by survivors of trafficking and exploitation. Complex trauma and mental health experience is required.
