Restored Wings Brand Returns under Innocence Freed
We are thrilled to announce that Innocence Freed has officially secured the rights to the name Restored Wings.
For our founder, Julie Shrader, this is especially meaningful. Over a decade ago, when she opened her very first housing program for survivors of trafficking, she named it Restored Wings. That name reflected her heart and her vision—to create a place where women could heal, rebuild their lives, and find the freedom to soar once again.
Now, after many years of serving survivors and building programs of hope and restoration, Julie is grateful to once again carry forward the name Restored Wings. It represents both the history of what has been built and the future of what is still to come.
As we continue to grow, we are preparing for the next chapter: establishing recovery homes for both adults and youth. When the first home opens, it will proudly be called the Restored Wings Recovery Home Program. This home will provide a safe and nurturing environment where survivors can experience stability, therapeutic support, and dignity as they begin their journey to restoration.
We also want to clarify that Julie Shrader originally founded and led Rejuvenating Women, which became Restored Wings to encompass minors. In March 2024, the board assumed full control of its program and organization, then changed its name altogether to Lily Haven. Today, Restored Wings is solely owned by Innocence Freed, which is a totally separate entity. So, when you Google “Restored Wings,” you will currently be directed to the website that is not connected to Innocence Freed, Lily Haven. Please know that Restored Wings is owned solely by Innocence Freed, and any other use of the name is not authorized. We are currently taking steps to protect the integrity of this name and ensure survivors and supporters are never misled.
This moment is more than reclaiming a name; it is reclaiming a mission, a calling, a God-given purpose, and a promise. Survivors deserve a place where their wings can truly be restored, and their futures can take flight.
We are honored to carry this legacy forward and invite you to stand with us as Restored Wings rises once again.
Blessings to you,
Julie A. Shrader, Founder and CEO
