Introducing the Innocence Freed Stability Grant and Empowerment Scholarship

Practical Support for Survivors Rebuilding Their Lives.  The Stability Grant and Empowerment Scholarship.

At Innocence Freed, we believe that healing requires more than hope alone. Survivors often face practical barriers that can impede recovery, stability, education, employment, and long-term independence. Through our Stability Grant and Empowerment Scholarship programs, we strive to remove those barriers and help survivors move forward with confidence and purpose.

Stability Grant Program

The Innocence Freed Stability Grant provides short-term, one-time financial support to help survivors of trafficking and exploitation overcome immediate challenges that may affect their safety, recovery, and ability to move forward.

Many survivors face unexpected obstacles that impact their ability to work, attend appointments, care for their children, maintain housing, or participate fully in their healing journey. The Stability Grant helps bridge those gaps during critical times.

What the Stability Grant May Assist With

The grant may help cover essential, recovery-supportive expenses such as:

  • Transportation costs
  • Fuel
  • Vehicle repairs or maintenance
  • Housing-related needs
  • Necessity items
  • Child-related expenses
  • Recovery-related expenses
  • Other practical needs that support stability and independence

Our goal is to address real-life challenges and remove obstacles that may prevent survivors from progressing toward greater stability and self-sufficiency.

Empowerment Scholarship Program

The Innocence Freed Empowerment Scholarship invests in survivors who are pursuing education, vocational training, certifications, workforce development, or other opportunities that support long-term independence and personal growth.

Education and career development can be powerful tools in breaking cycles of exploitation and poverty. This scholarship is designed to help survivors achieve their goals and build a stronger future for themselves and their families.

What the Empowerment Scholarship May Assist With

The scholarship may help cover:

  • College or university tuition
  • Trade school programs
  • Certification courses
  • Licensing and testing fees
  • Books and educational materials
  • Technology needed for school or training
  • Workforce development opportunities
  • Other approved educational or vocational expenses
