The Refuge

He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge.
Psalm 91:4

The Refuge is Innocence Freed's welcoming survivor support space, serving child, teen, and adult survivors of human trafficking and exploitation. Through trauma-informed care, individualized advocacy, and compassionate aftercare, we walk alongside each survivor on their journey toward healing, stability, and freedom.

More than an office space, The Refuge is a place where survivors can find safety, peace, dignity, and hope. Here, they can meet with advocates, receive case management, participate in mentoring and support groups, access our fully equipped kitchen and private shower, and shop with dignity in our Clothed in Grace Boutique for clothing, shoes, accessories, and personal care items. Whether someone needs practical support, encouragement, or simply a safe place to be heard, The Refuge exists to remind every survivor that they are seen, valued, and never alone.

While a trauma-informed residential home with evidence-based programming remains a central part of our long-term vision, for girls ages 12-18, we are grateful to already offer The Refuge as a place of restoration where survivors of all ages can receive compassionate care, practical resources, and individualized support as we help them build a path toward lasting healing and independence.
